RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Please note that Final Sale items are not eligible for a return or refund. Also, the original shipping fees are not refundable.
If you find a purchase is (i) damaged during transit; (ii) suffers from a manufacturing defect; or (iii) has been wrongly delivered to you, please provide a clear photo(s) or video of the damage and contact email@example.com directly, we will then provide you with further information. Returns and refunds are possible for all full-price items within 14 days of shipping.
FEMANCE reserves the right to not accept any return or merchandise that does not meet the below requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued.
Items returned must be in their unused original condition with item tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included. Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns or anything FEMANCE reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.
Please note that packages will not be shipped with any paper invoices or return slips.
